Apollo Hospitals Now Open 7 Days a Week

Apollo Hospitals has launched an initiative called 'Always Open. Always Here.' to extend its facilities to all seven days of the week, including Sundays, for routine and planned healthcare services. The initiative, launched on August 18, 2026, aims to provide patients with more flexibility to seek medical care at a time that fits their schedules.

The initiative makes routine and planned healthcare services, such as outpatient specialist consultations, diagnostics, preventive health checks, follow-up consultations, and scheduled procedures, available on all seven days of the week, including Sundays. Emergency, critical care, and in-patient services have always been available 24x7 at Apollo Hospitals.

Prathap C. Reddy, founder and chairperson of Apollo Hospitals Group, said the initiative gives patients one more day to act on their health before delay becomes risk. Preetha Reddy, executive vice chairperson of Apollo Hospitals, added that having the option to consult a doctor or continue with follow-up care on Sundays can make a meaningful difference for working professionals, caregivers, and families.

The initiative will rely on Apollo Hospitals' existing clinical infrastructure, doctors, diagnostics, operating theatres, and coordinated care teams to make Sunday access more structured and patient-friendly. The services will be available subject to hospital-specific schedules and service readiness.
