A man in Lincoln jumped out of a first-floor window into a tree to escape kidnappers, in a desperate bid for freedom. The incident occurred after the man was subjected to a terrifying ordeal linked to a past relationship breakdown.
The man was targeted and lured to an address in Market Rasen on 4 July 2025, where he was held captive and subjected to violence and intimidation by his kidnappers, including Brad'Lee Ranyard, Nathan Gladwell, Jackson Nicholson, Craig Ranyard, and Danielle Thompson. The kidnappers repeatedly assaulted, threatened, humiliated, and tormented the victim.
The victim was forced into the back of an Isuzu pickup truck and driven to a property in Lincoln, where he was held against his will. However, at 11:23am, the man escaped by jumping out of the window and running into the street, where he found a police car by chance.
The police officer immediately recognized the man's distress and took him to safety. The victim gave permission for the footage of the incident to be released, which shows the man diving from the window into the tree, before getting to the ground and running into the street.
