Bank signs 15-year lease for 75,000 sqft Dublin HQ, doubling workforce by 2034

Northwest Bank is relocating its headquarters to Dublin, Ohio, with plans to occupy 75,000 square feet at Bridge North. The move is expected to take place in the first half of 2029, with the bank signing a 15-year initial lease.
The relocation is part of the bank's expansion in central Ohio, with plans to open additional financial centers in the region. In fact, Northwest Bank plans to open four more locations in and around Columbus by Q2 2027.
The new headquarters will feature a dedicated financial center on the ground floor, offering wealth management advisory services. The bank expects the new headquarters to support roughly twice its current workforce by 2034.
The city of Dublin has approved payroll-based incentives for Northwest Bank's expansion, including 15% of net new employee payroll withholdings from 2030 through 2034, capped at $460,000. Additionally, Dublin will provide a $50,000 location grant after lease execution and issuance of an occupancy permit.
According to CEO Louis J. Torchio, the relocation supports growth and talent recruitment. The bank currently operates its headquarters in Easton, Ohio, but will make the move to Dublin to support its long-term growth.
