A new initiative aimed at supporting young talent in the entertainment industry has been launched. The Next Generation Collective, founded by Lilah Kojoori, a veteran PR executive with over 20 years of experience working with young performers and their families, was announced on Tuesday at Hollywood & Mind's inaugural summit in New York City.

The collective brings together mental health experts, industry leaders, and individuals with firsthand experience to provide guidance and resources on mental health, boundaries, and the realities of working in the entertainment industry. The founding advisory board includes a range of talent and family members who have experienced life in the public eye, including Angel Carter Conrad, Logan Henderson, Isabela Merced, Kel Mitchell, Soleil Moon Frye, Carmela Wallace, Hudson Yang, Breanna Yde, and Artists for Artists.

The Kids Mental Health Foundation is a partner of the Next Generation Collective, and the initiative will serve as a resource for studios, productions, agencies, managers, and platforms supporting young talent. The collective's goal is to provide practical, expert-informed guidance on the challenges of growing up in the public eye, including mental health, pressure, and building a public profile at a young age.
