The Blaze kept their treble hopes alive by beating Somerset in the Women's One-Day Cup at Trent Bridge, with Sarah Bryce and Emma Jones scoring unbeaten half-centuries to help their team win by six wickets.
The Blaze's victory was set up by a strong bowling performance, with Lucy Higham taking 4-28 to help dismiss Somerset for 192. Somerset captain Sophie Luff made her fourth 50-over half-century of the season, but it was not enough to prevent her team's defeat.
Sarah Bryce scored 54 from 65 balls, while Emma Jones hit 53 off 44 balls, as The Blaze chased down their target with 11.3 overs to spare. The win was also helped by Tammy Beaumont's 39.
The Blaze now need just one win from their last two fixtures to guarantee a place in the final, which will be held on 19 September. Their next test is against second-placed Hampshire, who have already booked a place in the knockouts.
