Arizona Gets $12B Film Hub

Camelback Productions is set to build a massive 1,400-acre production and entertainment complex in Arizona, with a price tag estimated to be between $6 billion and $12 billion. The project, which includes a Universal Studios-inspired theme park, hotels, and residential space, aims to be sustainable and powered by renewable energy resources.
