Genki's $189 Manta

Genki has launched a new customizable controller called the Manta, which features a 2.9-inch LCD screen and adjustable buttons. The controller is available for preorder on Kickstarter with a discounted price of $189 for early backers.

The Manta controller has a range of innovative features, including 'tristage triggers' with three switchable trigger modes, and drift-resistant tunneling magnetoresistance (TMR) thumbsticks with adjustable tension. The controller also has six additional remappable buttons located on the back and shoulders, and linear magnetic ram motors in the grips for haptic feedback.

The Manta controller features a dedicated Raspberry Pi RP2350 microcontroller for customization, allowing players to configure and switch between multiple console, game, and user profiles. The controller also has a 2,600mAh user-replaceable battery.
