TP-Link Unveils World's First Wi-Fi 8 Lineup
Archer 9 Ultra router and Deco 8 Ultra mesh Wi-Fi system offer up to 22Gbps aggregate wireless speeds and improved reliability, with preorders starting September 30

TP-Link has unveiled its first Wi-Fi 8 lineup, including the Archer 9 Ultra router and Deco 8 Ultra mesh Wi-Fi system, at IFA 2026. The new Wi-Fi 8 products prioritize Ultra High Reliability and offer improved performance, reliability, and coverage.
The Archer 9 Ultra router offers up to 19Gbps aggregate wireless speeds and 10Gbps wired connectivity, with 18 internal antennas and coverage of up to 3,600 square feet. The Deco 8 Ultra mesh Wi-Fi system, on the other hand, offers up to 22Gbps aggregate wireless speeds and 10Gbps wired connectivity, with a 3-pack covering up to 9,800 square feet and supporting over 200 devices.
Preorders for the Archer 8 Ultra will start on September 30, while the Deco 8 Ultra will be available in Q1 2027. TP-Link's Wi-Fi 8 products use hardware from Broadcom, MediaTek, and Qualcomm, and are designed to improve edge coverage, manage congestion, and limit interference.
