Six East Anglian offices now under Azets, expanding regional presence with enhanced services
Azets has completed the integration of Ensors, an East Anglian accountancy and business advisory practice, a year after Ensors joined the company. This move expands Azets' regional presence in East Anglia, giving the company an entry point into the region.
Ensors has been a part of East Anglia for more than 130 years, with offices in Bury St Edmunds, Cambridge, Huntingdon, Ipswich, Norwich, and Saxmundham. These six offices will now operate under the Azets name, allowing Ensors' clients to access Azets' specialist services, sector expertise, technology, and international resources.
According to Azets regional managing director David Scrivener, the integration is a natural next step in the company's journey with Azets. Scrivener emphasized that becoming part of Azets does not change the foundations of Ensors, including its reputation, relationships, and expertise built over 130 years. Clients will continue to work with the same people, in the same locations, with the same commitment to high-quality, personal service.
Azets UK CEO Peter Gallanagh noted that the integration brings together two businesses with a similar approach to clients, people, and long-term relationships. Over the past 12 months, the teams have worked increasingly as one business, and the rebrand reflects this progress. Gallanagh also highlighted the importance of East Anglia as a growth region for Azets.
