Jack in the Box Deploys Harri Tech
2,112 locations transformed in just 5 months with seamless labor forecasting and scheduling solutions

Harri has completed its enterprise deployment across all 2,112 US Jack in the Box locations, providing workforce management solutions including scheduling and labor forecasting, and seamless integration with existing technology. The rollout, which was completed in 5 months, is one of the largest and fastest workforce technology implementations in restaurant industry history.
The platform integrates with Qu, R365, and DnA, and is accessible via mobile, enabling intra-day labor optimization. The implementation was executed in three phases: Discovery, Scale, and Optimization. The Discovery phase involved mapping the operational needs of more than 70 franchise organizations, while the Scale phase saw hundreds of locations go live simultaneously without disrupting daily operations. The final Optimization phase brought all 2,112 locations fully online on schedule.
Doug Cook, CTO of Jack in the Box, praised Harri's platform, saying it has made the lives of restaurant general managers easier and their decisions smarter. Luke Fryer, CEO and Founder of Harri, said that Jack in the Box is exactly the kind of partner Harri was built for.
