App returns after child abuse content is removed and offender is banned within hours.
The Telegram application was briefly removed from Apple's App Store due to the presence of child sexual abuse material on the app.
The app was subsequently restored after the content was removed and the user who posted it was banned.
Apple stated that it reinstated the application after the developer promptly removed the material and banned the offending user.
