Rangers manager Derek McInnes is still seeking his first win after three games, with the team facing a difficult start to the season. The latest setback came in the form of a 2-1 home defeat to Hibernian, leaving McInnes frustrated.

The club's injury woes have been compounded by the loss of key players, including Youssef Chermiti, who suffered an anterior cruciate ligament injury and will be out for a significant period. Tuur Rommens will also be out for up to eight weeks with a groin problem.

Despite the challenges, the club is being proactive in seeking new signings, including a striker and left-back, to address the current shortage of options. Rangers are set to add Couhaib Driouech from PSV for a fee of around £6.5m, and the club expects to add three to five more new signings this summer.

Rangers chairman Andrew Cavanagh has acknowledged that the club has become used to finishing second or worse over the last 15 years, and admits that this failure has begun to affect the team's performance. McInnes has compared his management style to that of Jurgen Klopp, emphasizing the importance of being aggressive and on the front foot.

The team will face Jagiellonia Bialystok in the Europa League third qualifying round second leg, needing to overturn a 2-1 deficit. With the club's winless streak continuing, McInnes will be under pressure to deliver a win and turn the team's fortunes around.

## What's Next Rangers will need to regroup and refocus ahead of their upcoming matches, with the aim of securing their first win of the season. With new signings on the horizon, the team will be hoping to strengthen their squad and improve their performance.
