Lisbon Hosts 15M Lego Bricks

Lisbon is currently hosting Europe's largest exhibition of models built with Lego bricks, with over 15 million pieces on display. The exhibition, which covers an area of 2,000 square meters at the Cordoaria Nacional, features over 120 models, including four 'super-models' each made from over half a million Lego bricks.

One of the main attractions is a replica of Air Force One, built using around 1 million Lego bricks. The model is nearly 11 meters long, 10 meters wide, and 3 meters high, and took a team of six people half a year to build.

Other notable models include the 'King of the Seas', a cruise ship-inspired model built using over 700,000 Lego bricks, and a Spinosaurus model built using 900,000 Lego bricks. The exhibition also features a range of themed areas, including dedicated spaces for cinema, sport, Star Wars, and educational displays.

The exhibition has already visited 11 European countries and is now open to the public in Lisbon. Visitors can explore the various models and even build their own creations in the Fun Zone.
