Latet provides holiday food boxes to Israeli families in need, with each box costing $60. The organization stands beside 500,000 Israelis in need, including 1,700 Holocaust survivors.
Over a third of Israeli children, 37.5%, are growing up food insecure, and nearly 6 in 10 families receiving aid have already had to skip meals just to get by.
The Jaffa Institute’s Food Distribution Center provides boxes filled with essentials like rice, pasta, canned goods, and oil to families in need twice a month.
