The residency was to be held at the Wynn Las Vegas’s Encore Theater, with Morrissey scheduled to perform on August 14, August 15, August 18, and August 19. The cancellation was announced just days before the debut date, leaving fans with little notice.
Ticket buyers will receive refunds, with payments to be credited back to the original source within two to three weeks.
Despite the cancellation of his Las Vegas residency, Morrissey's upcoming performance dates in September, October, November, and December remain scheduled as planned. The musician will be touring America and Europe over the next couple of months.
